🎓 Professional Growth & Staff Promotions

We strongly believe in investing in our staff, providing clear career pathways, and supporting professional development. Here are some huge achievements from our Renfrewshire team:

• Motunrayo (Mo) Promoted & Qualified: Congratulations to Mo, who recently completed her Train the Trainer course! Mo is now fully qualified to deliver induction training to all our new recruits. To top it off, Mo has officially been promoted to Assistant Service Manager (ASM)—and she just celebrated her 40th Birthday! What a week!  

• SVQ Qualifications: Huge congratulations to Lesley McEwan on achieving her SVQ Level 4, and to Adewumni Ayandokun for achieving her SVQ Level 3!  

• Welcoming New Faces: A warm welcome to Bridget, Francis, Harvey, and Deepak, our newest care team members!  

• Community Engagement: Members of the Paisley team recently attended the HSCP Dementia Awareness Drop-in session to stay up to date with best practices during Dementia Awareness Week.
