🌟 Celebrating Our Grade 5 Care Inspectorate Success

We are so proud to share that following our recent Care Inspectorate inspection, our North & South Lanarkshire branch was officially awarded a Grade 5 across key evaluated areas!  

A Grade 5 rating reflects "Excellent" quality of care and is a true testament to the hard work, daily commitment, and heart that our care team puts into every single home visit. To mark the occasion, our branch team held a lively office celebration, welcoming carers and service user Braden to enjoy cake, tea, and well-deserved recognition together.

Our Lanarkshire team continues to deliver extraordinary care across the region. Members of our team, including Pauline, Rida, and Promise, have been receiving wonderful recognition for going above and beyond in their daily roles. Whether it’s finding fun and engaging activities for service users in the community or providing deep compassion and empathy during visits, their hard work keeps our service running smoothly and effectively.  

🎂 Special Birthdays in Our Community

It’s been a busy season of celebrations in Lanarkshire! We want to send extra special birthday wishes to:

• 🎂 Anne who celebrated her 78th Birthday on the 27th of July.
