Invercare currently provides home care services across Inverclyde . The service is managed by Team Manager Charlene Bonnar.
Meet Charlene
I have worked with Invercare since February 2018 initially as a home care worker gradually building my skills and knowledge of the home care service. In June 2019 I moved into the role of scheduler whereby I went on to complete my SVQ level 3 in health and social care.
In October 2020 I was promoted to acting team leader and in February 2021 I took over the role of Team Manager for Inverclyde home care services. In my current role I am responsible for overseeing the day to day management of the home care service delivered by Invercare within Inverclyde.
In the coming 12 months I will be working towards attaining the SVQ level 4 in Health and Social Care and the Leadership and Management award . This will further develop my skills and knowledge of the health and social care sector and in turn continue to provide a service of excellence in the community within Inverclyde which is in- line with Invercare's ethos and values.
