Key Responsibilities

Answer the main reception phone and provide excellent customer service

Greet and assist guests and visitors

Support clerical and administrative tasks, including printing, filing, equipment management, and storage

Assist with HR functions, including recruitment paperwork and filing

Manage staff inventory, including uniforms, gloves, and other supplies

Oversee incoming mail through the company email and ensure proper distribution

Operate office machines such as photocopiers and computers while maintaining proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
