Key Responsibilities

  • Answer the main reception phone and provide excellent customer service

  • Greet and assist guests and visitors

  • Support clerical and administrative tasks, including printing, filing, equipment management, and storage

  • Assist with HR functions, including recruitment paperwork and filing

  • Manage staff inventory, including uniforms, gloves, and other supplies

  • Oversee incoming mail through the company email and ensure proper distribution

  • Operate office machines such as photocopiers and computers while maintaining proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
