Invercare is managed by Marina and Yvonne . Marina and Yvonne are two qualified professionals, who between them have over 50 years’ experience within the health and social care sector.

Marina has 27 years’ experience working within the health, social care and voluntary sector. She currently holds a BSc in Health Studies, RN, RMA, and SVQ 4.
What experience does Yvonne have?
Yvonne has 31 years’ experience working within the health, social work and voluntary sector. She currently holds a LMA and SVQ 4
What experience do Invercare homecare staff have?
Invercare’s homecare staff are trained and skilled professionals, who have many years’ experience working within the health and social care sector. They undergo specialized training, and mandatory training, on an ongoing basis. Invercare staff are also recruited using a strict safer recruitment processes and are all PVG and disclosure checked.
How do I know Invercare is legitimate and professional?
In order to provide a support services, in Scotland, like care at home, the service provider is required by law to be registered with Care Inspectorate. The Care Inspectorate is an independent regulator of social care and social work services that regulate inspect and support improvement of care, social work and child protection services for the benefit of the people who use them.

What happens when I contact Invercare?
When you contact Invercare we will discuss your specific care and support requirements with you and get to know your preferences. We will provide information on the services that are available to you, as well as an outline of costs.
We will arrange for a member of our Care Team to visit you and carry out a comprehensive care assessment of your care and support needs, including any risk assessments to ensure your safety.
We will finalise your personal plan with you and your family/carer making sure you are happy with every aspect.
We will identify suitable home care professionals to support you in-line with your personal plan and arrange for you to meet them to ensure that all of your needs are met.
